    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Oh, snap! (the "Service"), operated by NATIVO DE MEXICO SA DE CV ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Oh, snap! is a website uptime monitoring service that periodically checks the availability of URLs you provide and sends notifications through your configured channels (email, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp) when downtime is detected.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

    4. Subscriptions & Payments

    • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
    • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will honor their current rate until renewal.
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service to monitor URLs you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
    • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent.
    • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the Service.

    6. Service Availability

    We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for missed notifications, delayed alerts, or inaccurate uptime data caused by network issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by NATIVO DE MEXICO SA DE CV. You retain ownership of the data you submit (URLs, configurations). We claim no intellectual property rights over your monitored websites.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATIVO DE MEXICO SA DE CV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
