• Account information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials when you create an account (directly or via Google OAuth).
• Website monitoring data: URLs you submit for monitoring, uptime check results, response times, and status history.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Notification preferences: Email addresses, Slack workspace details, Telegram chat IDs, and WhatsApp numbers you configure for alerts.
• Usage data: Log data, device information, IP addresses, and how you interact with our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our uptime monitoring service.
• To send you downtime alerts and status notifications via your chosen channels.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Authentication and database infrastructure.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Cloudflare: Content delivery, edge computing, and DDoS protection.
• Third-party notification services: Slack, Telegram, and WhatsApp when you enable those integrations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Monitoring history is retained for up to 12 months. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable Mexican data protection law (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), you have ARCO rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
• Cancellation: Request deletion of your data.
• Opposition: Object to processing of your data.
